1. Who you're contracting with

Voicepacer (the "Service") is provided by [Your Legal Name] ("we", "us"). By using the Service you enter into a binding agreement with [Your Legal Name].

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
  • commit fraud, send spam, or impersonate others;
  • infringe anyone's intellectual property rights;
  • interfere with the Service's security (malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering, circumventing rate limits).

4. Intellectual property

[Your Legal Name] retains all right, title, and interest in the Service, including software, documentation, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you've subscribed to.

5. Service level

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Payment & subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. For payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics, please refer to Paddle's Buyer Terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

7. Reseller (Merchant of Record)

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. You can stop using the Service at any time.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
